Custom audio, video, and smart-home installation, built around how Austin homeowners and businesses actually live and work.
Alta Systems was founded to bring reliable, well-designed audio, video, and smart-home technology to homes and businesses across Austin — the kind of systems that just work, every time you walk into the room.
We handle every stage of a project ourselves: design, installation, calibration, and the support that comes after. That means one team accountable for the whole system, not a patchwork of subcontractors and guesswork.
Started in 2014, Alta Systems was founded by Marc Elmore, fusing his lifelong fascination with audio, video, design, and home automation. We strive to create unique, functional, and cutting-edge solutions for our clients, using brands like Savant, Denon, Marantz, ELAC, NAD, KEF, MartinLogan, Sony ES, Samsung, JVC, TCL, URC, and many more. We strive to build solutions for our clients that fit their needs and exceed their expectations — and support them after the fact with first-rate service.
Clean cable runs, secure mounts, and systems that are calibrated properly — not just plugged in.
Clear proposals and honest recommendations, even when the simplest option is the right one.
We live and work in Austin. When you need support after install, you're calling a neighbor, not a call center.
